Manage Account Trades

View trades, add new trades, and export your account trade list

Written by Hannah Weidman

Account trades are organized by division in your account settings. These trades are used in the project directory to classify companies by trade. When you add or edit a company in a project directory, you can assign a trade from the account trade list.

To manage account trades, navigate to the account homepage by clicking the BUILDR logo. Then, select Settings from the left navigation and open the Trades tab.

Only account admins can modify account settings. If you need to update these settings and do not have admin access, contact an account admin on your team.

From the Trades tab, you can view divisions, add new trades to an existing division, and download the trade list as a CSV.

Note: Existing trades and divisions cannot be edited. If your team needs a trade that is not already included, you can add a new trade to an existing division.

View Trades by Division

From the account-level Trades tab, you can view trades by division. Click a division to view the trades within that division.

Add a New Trade

To add a new trade, open the division where the trade should be added. Then, click New Trade.

In the New Trade window, enter the trade Name. Next, confirm or select the trade Division. New trades must be assigned to an existing division.

Click Create to save the new trade.

Download Trades as a CSV

To export your account trade list, click Download CSV from the Trades tab.

Buildr will download a CSV file of your account’s trades.
