When you create or import Requirements, they will appear under the "Draft" status. Once you are ready to begin the document collection process, Buildr makes it simple for you to request your requirements in bulk.

To start, navigate to the Requirements tab and select the Draft tab. Click Request Requirements.

Next, review the list of trade partners that have requirements assigned to them under the Draft status.

Optionally, you can click a company to view their list of Requirements and exclude specific requirements.

Lastly, add a message to your subcontractors, attach relevant documents and template(s), then click Send to request your Requirements.

Once you send the request, your trade partners receive an email with a link to their unique Submission Portal.

Automated subcontractor reminders follow the project’s configured reminder schedule and include requirements in Requested or Revise and Resubmit status. To change the reminder schedule, open the project’s Settings → Details, click Edit, and update Requirement Reminders. Click Save when finished.

If an individual requirement is not ready to be collected, change its status from Requested back to Draft.

To pause automated subcontractor reminders for the entire project, clear every selected day under Requirement Reminders and click Save.

To request requirements individually, click on one of the trade partners in the Requirements tab.

Next, click Request Requirements to request all assigned Requirements.

If you would like to omit a requirement, deselect the requirement you wish you skip. Click Next to continue.

Lastly, add a message to your subcontractors, attach relevant documents and template(s), then click Send to request your Requirements.
