Closeout and Warranty notifications are a great way to stay up-to-date on the status of your project's Closeout Requirements and Warranty Items. Each user profile is automatically subscribed to Closeout notifications and Warranty Issue notifications.
Changing notification settings in the User Profile
Changing your notification settings in the User Profile will enable you to opt in or out of receiving notifications for all future projects.
To start, click on your name located at the top-right of the page and select Profile:
Once on your User Profile, click Edit Profile:
In the Edit Profile pop-up window, check "Automatically Subscribe to Closeout Notifications" and "Automatically Subscribe to Warranty Issue Notifications" to subscribe to all future project notifications.
To unsubscribe, simply uncheck the boxes if you would like to opt out of receiving notifications. Once your selections are made, click Update:
Changing your Requirements and Warranty Notifications for a Single Project
There are two locations in the project view where you can toggle notifications for Requirements and Warranty Items. Changing your notification settings here will enable you to opt in or out of receiving notifications for the current project you are on.
To change your notifications for Requirements, navigate to the Requirements tab, select the More drop-down, and click Subscribe/Unsubscribe to Notifications:
Subscribing or unsubscribing to notifications in the Requirements tab will enable/disable Requirement alerts for the individual project.
To change your notifications for Warranty Items, navigate to the Warranty Issues tab and select Subscribe/Unsubscribe to Notifications located at the top-right of your page:
Note: You can only edit your own notification settings. If someone on your team wants to change their notification settings, send them this article to walk them through the steps to turn on/off notifications on their account.
