When you are getting ready to hand over the closeout package, you may want to organize it in a few different ways. With Buildr, you can customize your export by Spec Section, Location, and Company Name and Logo.

How to Sort by Spec Section
To start, click on the Project Delivery tab, then click Export:
Next, select Customize Export:
Check the box to Sort by Specification Section and then click Save:
Click Create and your export will generate. Once the export is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download the closeout package. For instructions on how to extract the downloaded zip file, see this article.
How to Export by Location
To start, click on the Project Delivery tab, then click Export:
Next, select Customize Export:
In the Customize Export pop-up, select the Location drop-down, pick the location(s) you wish to include in the closeout package, click Save, then Create:
How to Override Company Name and Logo
To start, click on the Project Delivery tab, then click Export:
Next, select Customize Export:
Here, you can change the company name and override the Company logo by importing your new logo. Select Save, then Create:
