If you have a spreadsheet of Companies and Contacts, you can import it directly into Buildr. To get started, download the CSV template here.

Supported Buildr Fields

Company Name (required)
Company Type (required): Subcontractor, General Contractor, Owner, Design Team, Property Management

On your spreadsheet, each row represents a Contact in Buildr. They are matched to the Company based on the Company Name column:
Importing Your Spreadsheet
Once you are ready to import your spreadsheet, navigate to your project Directory and select Companies. Then, select CSV Import:
If some of your Companies are already listed, select the More drop-down and then click on CSV Import:
Next, select Upload Data from File and import your CSV. The data from the spreadsheet will appear in the importer. Confirm your mapped columns and click Review:
Note: If you used our template, the mapping will automatically be confirmed. If not, you will need to map your column headers to Buildr fields.
You will now be prompted to inspect the Directory list. If everything looks good to go, click Continue to complete the import:
