As a subcontractor you will receive an email that has a link to our Warranty Request Portal where you can work with the General Contractor to resolve warranty issues.

Here's a picture of what the portal looks like:

You will be able to see the description and view any related attachments. You can also message the General Contractor to set up a time to fix the issue, notify them that the warranty request has been completed, and send them any files as necessary.
