When you are getting ready to handover the closeout package, you may want to organize it differently, such as:
Sort by Spec Section
Closeout by Location
Override Company Name and Logo
With Buildr, you can. First, click on the Project Delivery Tab, then click Export:
Select Customize Export:
From here, check the box to Sort by Specification Section and customize any of the other settings below:
