The assigned subcontractor of a Requirement has a limited view into a Requirement. They can see the Requirement's attachments, and can see and upload documents directly to other requirements that are also requested from their company.

The attachments that you upload as portal attachments will be shown in the portal for them to download. To see the portal yourself, select the Requirements tab and the Requirement in question:

Then, click View Submission Portal under the title:

The View Submission Portal will open the portal in a new tab, where the assignee can view Attachments and Upload to Requirements:
