To send a document to the architect, engineering or design team for review, start in the Requirements tab and click on the Submitted tab:
Go through your normal process to Review and Approve incoming documents by clicking on the subcontractor, selecting the Requirement, and clicking to review the document:
Once you have approved the document, click Request Review, choose who to send it to, type your message, and click Send:
Once, you click Send, you'll see the review pending. Then, the contact who received the request to review will be given a link to their own portal where they can Review, Approve or Request Changes to the document:
Once you are notified by email that they have approved the document, you'll be brought to the Requirement page where you can now click Complete Requirement:
