When project extracts are large or complex, the built-in Windows extraction can fail:

If this happens, use 7zip: https://www.7-zip.org - 7zip is a free, open-source, and trusted zip extraction tool.

To get started, visit the 7zip website(https://www.7-zip.org) and download and install 7zip:

Once 7zip is installed, navigate back to your downloaded project extract (the .zip file), right click, and select 7zip -> Extract Here:

You will then see the newly extracted folder next to the zip. You can tell the difference in the file type:

You can now double click on the project extract folder (of type File folder) and access the contents.
