First, navigate to the warranty request portal. This portal is unique for each project.
Next, fill in your name and email:
Then add the request details - title and description. Be as descriptive as possible. It is best practice to include photos as well.
Now click Submit Warranty Issue:
If this is the first issue you've created, you will see this message:
An email will be sent that will allow you to track requests you've created or that have been shared you. Once you click on that email, you will see those issues:
You can comment on issues to collaborate with the general contractor:
When the status changes, or comments are created, you will get email notifications.
