Account Dashboard

Monitor closeout progress and warranty activity from the dashboard.

The Account Dashboard gives you a high-level view of closeout progress and warranty activity across your projects. Use it to spot projects that need attention, review requirement status, and monitor warranty performance in one view.

Begin by navigating to the account view by clicking the BUILDR logo, then click Dashboard in the left navigation.

Overview

The Account Dashboard is divided into Closeout and Warranty Management sections. Use Closeout to review project completion and requirement status, and use Warranty Management to monitor warranty issue activity, response times, and open warranty work.

The dashboard is scoped to user permissions. Non-admin users will only see data for projects they can access.

Closeout

Project Completion

The Project Completion card gives you a progress check of closeout projects that are in-progress. It will list the project name, construction end date, and completion percentage.

Click See full report to open the full closeout progress report from this card.

Total Requirements

The Total Requirements card shows the total number of requirements across your projects and how those requirements are distributed by status.

The status bar can include:

  • Draft

  • Requested

  • Submitted

  • In Review

  • Completed

Use this metric to understand where closeout work is concentrated. For example, a large number of requested or submitted requirements may mean your team needs to follow up with trade partners or review uploaded documents.

Warranty Management

New Issues This Month

The New Issues this month chart shows how many warranty issues were created during each week of the current month. Use it to identify recent spikes in warranty activity.

Median First Response Time

The Median first response time card shows how long it typically takes your team to respond to new warranty issues. Use this metric to monitor responsiveness to owners.

Median Time To Close

The Median time to close card shows how long it typically takes your team to close warranty issues. Use this metric to track resolution speed and identify when warranty work may be slowing down.

Outstanding Warranty Issues

The Outstanding Warranty Issues card shows the total number of open warranty issues and how they are distributed by status.

The status bar can include:

  • Requested

  • Open

  • Work Scheduled

  • Pending Approval
