The Closeout Overview by Project report helps you review closeout progress across projects in your Buildr account. Use this account-level report when you want a broader progress check.
Begin by navigating to the account view by clicking the BUILDR logo, then click Reports in the left navigation.
Generate a Closeout Overview by Project Report
The Closeout Overview by Project report is available from the account Reports page under Summary Reports. Click Closeout Overview by Project.
Here, you can customize your report. The report options include:
Business units: Select All or choose specific business units to include.
Project statuses: Include Not Setup, Incomplete, and/or Complete projects.
Comparison period: Compare closeout percentage against Last Week, Last Month, or Last 3 Months.
Ending date: Choose All-time, Anytime in the past, Next Week, Next Month, Next Three Months, Last Week, Last Month, Last Three Months, or Custom Date Range.
Click Generate Report.
The report opens in a new browser tab. You can also click Save as Custom Report if you want to save this report setup for future use.
The report shows a project-by-project closeout summary, including project details, construction dates, overdue days, project status, completion progress, and requirement counts.
Report visibility follows your project access. Standard and collaborator users only see projects they have permission to view.
