The Project Overview Report helps you review requirement progress for a project. Use this project-level report when you need to see closeout details grouped by company or category, or when you need to download a report for one specific project.
Generate a Requirements Report
Begin by selecting the project you want to report on. Click More > View Report.
Choose how you would like to group your requirements—Company or Category.
Next, select which requirement statuses to include:
Draft
Requested
Revise and Resubmit
Submitted
In Review
Review Completed
Completed
Click Generate Report.
Once generated, the report opens in a new browser tab. The report includes:
An overview of incomplete requirements and completion percentages based on the grouping you selected, either Company or Category
A detailed breakdown for each group, including completed requirement counts, requirement category, specification section, and requirement status
Download Report
You can download the report as a PDF or CSV.
Use the PDF when you want a shareable summary of the project closeout overview.
Use the CSV when you want more requirement-level detail. The CSV includes fields such as description, location, completed date, created date, updated date, creator, reviewer, and status.
