The project-level Warranty Issues report helps you review warranty issue activity on your warranty project. Use this report when you need to review or download warranty issues for a specific project.
Create a Warranty Report at the Project Level
Begin by navigating to the account view by clicking the BUILDR logo, then select the warranty project you want to report on. Click the Warranty Issues tab and select More > Run Report.
Now it's time to customize your report. The report setup options include:
Statuses: Include Requested, Open, Work Scheduled, Pending Approval, Closed, and/or Declined issues.
Responsible contractors: Select All or choose specific responsible contractors to include.
Click Generate Report.
The report opens in a new browser tab.
Download Warranty Issues Report
You can download the report as a PDF or CSV.
Use the PDF when you want a shareable summary of the warranty issues for the selected project.
Use the CSV when you want more warranty issue detail and activity included in your report, such as collaborator comments and declined messages.
