Create a Warranty Report at the Account Level
The account-level Warranty Issues report helps you review warranty issue activity across your warranty projects. Use this account-level report when you need to summarize warranty issues by project, company, root cause, trade, or business unit.
Begin by navigating to the account view by clicking the BUILDR logo, then click Reports in the left navigation.
Next, click Warranty Issues.
Now it's time to customize your report. The report setup options include:

The report opens in a new browser tab. The warranty report includes:
A summary table based on the grouping you selected, such as project, company, root cause, trade, or business unit
Issue aging buckets, including 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 91+ days open
Total open, closed, declined, and overall issue counts
A detailed breakdown for each group, including issue number, title, description, project, location, responsible contractor, creator, created date, cost, priority, and status
Report visibility follows your project access. Standard and collaborator users only see warranty issues for projects they have permission to view.
