When the Warranty period ends for your project, your team can disable warranty requests to discontinue receiving warranty submissions from external users (Owners, Property Management, Collaborators, etc.).
To disable warranty requests on a project, navigate to your project and select the "Settings" tab:
In Project Settings, select the "Edit" button:
Scroll down until you see "Warranty Requests Disabled". Check the box to disable warranty requests, then select "Save":
Once the Warranty Requests are disabled, users will no longer be able to submit warranty issues through the owner's portal or via the Warranty Request Portal link.
