How to Create a Warranty Issue
To start, navigate to the Warranty Issues tab and select New Issue:
In the New Issue window, enter the title, select the status, and add any additional details. Once complete, click Create:
How to Delete Warranty Issues
Select the issue you would like to remove:
Click the More drop-down menu and click Delete:
How to Restore Warranty Issues
In the Warranty Issues tab, select the More drop-down menu and click View Deleted Issues:
Next, click Restore on the desired warranty issue.
Once restored, the Warranty Issue will reappear in the issues tab:
